Coastal: £8.00 pppn
Sea View: £12.00 pppn.
Guests booked on a Bed and Breakfast Leisure Break, dinner is charged at the full rate. (currently £22.50 per person).

Single Supplements
£15.pn. Occupying double or twin accommodation.

Children
If sharing accommodation with two adults
under 5 years - Free
5 to 14 years - £15 B&B
15yrs - 3/4 of adult rate
A special high tea menu is available and baby sitting upon request at £7.00 p.h.

Celebration Breaks
With flowers, chocolates, and champagne in the room add £62.00.

Release
We reserve the right to release rooms at 6 p.m. on arrival day unless advised.

Departure & Arrival
Rooms should be vacated by 11.00 am on departure day and ready for arrival at 2 pm.

Deposits
A minimum deposit of £10% is required to secure booking.

Insurance
Unless rooms can be re-let a charge of 2/3rds will be applicable in th event of cancellation. An inexpensive insurance policy is available to cover this eventuality upon request.

Baby Sitting
Upon request at £7 per hour

High Teas
Available at £6 perchild and table d'hote menu at £10.50 per child.

Dogs
Small dogs £8 per day.

Damage
In the unlikely event of damage occuring to property a charge will be levied.
