When the two buildings linked in the last war the Headland became a children's home and the Hannafore Point became a home for evacuees, occupying one of the finest locations in Cornwall.

The Hannafore Point is now a well renowned 3 Star hotel attracting families, some of whom have visited for 50 years or more, business people and its fair share of celebrities and sporting heroes who come to this delightful part of Cornwall, finding it a restful escape.
